Can I make a recommendation? BACKUP YOUR IMPORTANT FILES? I lost the hard drive on my desktop this week. It started making a clicking noise, then it stopped. Then, Beck was using it and left it on. Needless to say, it won't boot up now. I diagnosed the hardware issue and am PRAYING that this company can recover the files.
