Let it snow (then freeze into sheets of ice)

We've had our first big snowfall here in PA this week, and it measures - well - it measures ZERO... just some dustings and icy driving.

Here's a video from an Oregon news channel.... oh, that's gonna leave a mark!

And here's another one - why do I love these so much!???

Myers-Briggs Personality Test

I always love these tests, and I really don't know why. I think it has some connection to reading the good things about yourself that you already know - but, somehow this test confirmed it!

Make sure you read both links under the results that describe your personality in great detail. I liked the first link better, but you'll pick your favorite.

Test here.

Humming Bird vs. Praying Mantis

Though we tend to think of hummingbirds as cute, dainty little things, in reality they make bold and fierce competitors.

They don't let their guard down for a moment while defending their territories from other hummingbirds. They must also watch out for other animals that might prey on them, such as American kestrels in North America or tarantulas in South America. Praying mantises are also known to capture and kill hummingbirds.

2006: Year in Pictures

My favorite hobby is photography. It's right up there with golf, and blogging - but nothing makes me happier then capturing that perfect moment with my digital camera. Like when Paige was potty training and we found here like this, or watching the girls bonding, being goofy, celebrating hard work, difficult times, nature, but most of all, my family.

The days and weeks fly by faster each year, and when I look at this album (that's posted in date order) I can't believe how fast the girls have grown. Most of all, I can't wrap my mind around the fact that it's the start of another year!!

Without further ado, here is 2006: Year in Pictures.
