His new friends pulled out one bill and “cleansed” it with a liquid “formula,” which washed off some kind of stamp. Rempel was told that process made the money “legal tender.”This guy's having a bad day.
What kills me is their ability to think on the fly... When he said he dropped the bottle containing the formula, they found more and charged him $120,000 for it. :)
